Classic, did not get as much done as I wanted to this month. Semester is finally over though. I really need to finish my sediment stress manuscript and dissertation proposal!!!!!!!!

Writing

1. Submit sediment stress manuscript
2. Finish dissertation proposal

Data analysis

1. Mcap functional annotation - NCBI
2. Histology image analysis - figure out what image analysis software will work for histology slides
3. Organize sediment stress repo

Conferences and workshops

1. AAUS certification class

Lab work

1. Airbrushing all samples from GSO Astrangia 2021 experiment
2. Finish scanning slides at Brown

Field work

1. Make packing list for Hawai’i and begin packing
2. Plan out experiments for Hawai’i
