Once again, I really need to finish my sediment stress manuscript and dissertation proposal!!!!!!!! I’m leaving for Hawaii next week, so that is what June will mostly be focused on.

Writing

1. Submit sediment stress manuscript
2. Finish dissertation proposal
   • Continue appts w/ GWC

Data analysis

1. Mcap functional annotation - NCBI
2. Trembl Blast2GO for all species

Field work

1. Pack and ship equipment/materials for Hawaii in first week of June
2. Experiments in Hawaii

Outreach

1. Publish ReefBites article
